Civil engineering and cable blowing are outside the offer described here. Utility registrations, operator-controlled connections and vendor-specific permissions must be clarified before a commitment. Active IT configuration, software migration and payment systems are separate interfaces to define with the teams responsible.

What to include in your enquiry

Please identify your company, project contact, site locations, approximate quantities and intended schedule. Describe the required scope, material responsibilities, access arrangements and handover criteria. For supplier onboarding, list the documents and qualifications required by your procurement process.

Commercial sites and multi-site programmes: tell us whether each location is occupied, operational or under construction. Define who supplies materials, coordinates access and accepts test records, labelling and as-built documentation.

Keep passwords, access codes and personal tenant information out of the first enquiry. A suitable route for confidential project files can be agreed after the initial discussion. Reporting language and contractual requirements are confirmed for each project.

Start with a clear pilot or regional lot

A limited package can provide a useful basis for agreeing access, reporting and handover. Before extending the scope, review the results and the practical site conditions together. Capacity reservations, response times, pricing and any service-level commitment require a separate agreement.
